Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unused).
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Worn costumes or wigs.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Gift cards.
Discounted Products & Exchanges
Refunds for sale or promotional items will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original full price.
For exchanges, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union Orders
If your order ships within the EU, you may cancel or return it within 30 days for any reason. Returned items must be in original condition, with packaging and tags, and proof of purchase.
