Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care.ticklemo@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include worn costumes or wigs, items that do not have their original tags or packaging, items marked as final sale or non-returnable, and gift cards.
We do not sell perishable goods, custom-made products, or hazardous materials, so any references to such items do not apply to our store.


Discounted Products

For items purchased during a sale or promotion, refunds will be processed based on the discounted price paid at the time of purchase, not the original full price.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product (once approved) and placing a new order for the replacement item separately.


European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible under this policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with the original packaging and tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
